The position is dedicated to the "NanoFab" field of nanofabrication, but within this framework it is open to various topics, such as nanoimprint lithography, scanning probe based patterning and two-photon polymerization. Therefore, there is a unique opportunity for Postdoctoral Research Fellows to efficiently implement their own research ideas in up to 4.5 years. In addition to the usual documents, applicants should therefore not only briefly describe their own project idea for the first 2.5 years, but also long-term goals for a period of 4.5 years.
We expect a university degree (Diploma, Master or equivalent) as well as a completed outstanding doctoral degree related to nanofabrication. Furthermore, applicants should have relevant publications (peer-reviewed), very good English skills, scientific creativity, team spirit and willingness to cooperate in an interdisciplinary and international team as well as the motivation to publish the research and to acquire external funding.
